It's an 8-minute walk to downtown St. Augustine's King Street and a 6-minute walk to the Lightner Museum and the south side of downtown. St. Augustine Beach is a 15-minute drive away. The neighborhood itself is known for its deep history and charm, with local favorites like Blue Hen, Preserved, and Dog Rose Brewery within walking distance.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There are active security cameras installed in the back parking lot and the stairwell of the building. No private areas can be seen, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
