The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two full beds. A queen pull-out couch in the living room provides flexible sleeping space, with access to the shared bathroom. The large, full kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation, and indoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable. The backyard centers around a salt water pool, with the option to add pool heat on cooler days. Pool loungers invite relaxed afternoons, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after time at the beach. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. One house-trained dog is allowed with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit. No glass by the pool. The home can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to three standard size cars can park in the driveway. Always park on the right side of the roadway, and be careful not to block any neighbors' driveway. Please follow standard parking rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
