I have lived here a year. There is such potential for this to be a great place due its central location. Of course, such a busy intersection comes with heavy traffic noise that is not blocked even by the impact windows. To meet its potential this complex needs new management, maintenance staff and attention to detail. $75 for amenities is a joke at this point.
