The condominium is... pre-wired for MetroNet internet service. Internet service will be paid by the tenant. Basic service plans currently begin at approximately $49.95 per month. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit. No pets are permitted. One designated private parking space is included directly in front of the unit. Lease terms of 8 or 11 months are available, with the option to renew. Renewal requests must be submitted at least 60 days before the end of the current lease. Lease renewal is at the sole discretion of the owner. Written notice regarding renewal or non-renewal will be provided at least 60 calendar days prior to lease expiration. The tenant must maintain the unit in a clean condition throughout the lease. Basic tenant maintenance includes routine cleaning and replacement of disposable HVAC air filters. The routine pest control and scheduled HVAC maintenance and servicing are provided by owner. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear to the unit or its furnishings will be assessed at fair market replacement or repair cost and may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with Florida law. If the tenant vacates before the lease expires without legal justification or without fulfilling the terms of the lease, the tenant has obligations of that lease. The security deposit may be applied toward unpaid rent, damages, or other amounts permitted by Florida law. Renter’s Insurance Requirement: Tenant is required to maintain renter’s insurance throughout the entire lease term with minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000.
