Jamie and Joelle and all the staff are excellent!

I had a couple of maintenance issues and everyone was extremely responsive. All of my concerns were addressed within a day. Staff was very considerate, accommodating of my schedule and pet needs, and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems and making needed repairs. I feel fortunate to live in these apartments.

Horrible New Management

I honestly wonder if they wrote that last review themselves, as the new management has been horrible. It is SO LOUD here. Constant construction and interruption. They have raised rent almost 25%, but taken away benefits. I guess they think if you add some astroturf and call it luxury that means you can’t get away with making it a miserable place to live.

New Management

This place is awesome! Recently under new management, they have been more than helpful with being readily available when needed, making sure appliances are up to date, renovating the pool, and generally looking after the well being of their tenants. The Betton Trail is directly behind the apartments, with plenty of walking trails, nice neighbors, and dog friendly paths. It's a great location and worth the price. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service!

I had an amazing experience! The manager was extremely nice and very professional! She helped me with every question I had and my tour was great! I recommend Ashford club 100% ! Awesome staff!

Kudos to the current manager, staff and owners!

I'm pleased to see that current owners/management of this friendly, safe, pleasant apartment complex are attending to improvements both within the units and on the grounds. In recent months, toilets, light fixtures, shower heads were replaced in all units; landscaping with flowers is proceeding along with activating the sprinkler system; the gutters were cleaned out which makes a big difference in heavy rains; trees were trimmed; the tennis court is resurfaced, the wooden swing replaced; the… buildings were pressure washed. The pool bathrooms were remodeled (very much needed) & flowers are again in the pool area along with new lounge chairs, umbrellas. Breanna, the manager is courteous and on top of things; Talhea in the office and Tristan in maintenance are responsive to requests and attentive---I have received prompt follow up even when not expected. I have lived here for 7 years (thru some good and not so good) and am so glad to see this happening! Thanks:)
