Convenient area, close to shopping places and food. Unlimited free parking. Easy 5 minute drive to campus and a bus stop is right in front the apartment. Spacious room. Study lounge and gym are very nice. Maintenance is quick and helpful.
Only downside is that the stairwell and balcony area gets dirty and is cleaned maybe twice a year. Tenants and frats are loud sometimes but it’s not intolerable.
