Walls seem thinner then first reviewed and I'm not sure pest control comes into the apartment to spray nor was it cleaned when I first moved in but otherwise the community itself is great!

The staff and maintenance are wonderful. Whenever I have had a concern or problem, they have responded promptly and solved the problem. It is a relief to live in a community where there is this level of professionalism.

Capital Place at Southwood is a very nice and friendly community with decent amenities and ready accessibility to nearby parks, convenience stores, grocery stores, and a 20 minute drive to the airport. Well-kept landscaping and nice apartment floor plans and layout. Parking in abundance. Would recommend without reservation.
