You’ll Love It Here
I’ve been a resident of the complex for 6 years now. The property stays clean, the amenities are nice, and the staff is hands on. They make you feel like your concerns are valid and are easy to talk to. The manager Anglea is helpful and friendly. She’s always on property making sure everything looks nice. She also holds events for the residents to get everyone together. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to call home the Capital Walk is the place you are l looking for.

Living at capital walk
The manager Angela offers good service and is nice and helped me at the move in process. The newer hire Jessica has helped me with decal, maintenance service, and rent payment which have all been smooth. Chris the maintenance is always working hard and helpful.

You’re gonna love it here!!
I moved in recently and I really enjoy living here at Capital Walk. The leasing office is committed to making sure the residents are satisfied, and Jessica and Angela have always been on top of answering and addressing any questions and concerns I may have since I moved in. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in Tallahassee.
