Georgetown Apartments

I have lived in a Georgetown townhouse for the past two years while attending FSU, and I could not have dreamed of a better first-time rental experience! I loved the floor plan, size, and reasonable cost of rent. My neighbors were quiet, and I felt very safe, even when coming home late at night. The location is incredibly convenient--Publix is basically across the street, the post office around the corner, Lake Ella within walking distance, and FSU just over 2 miles away.

I have been impressed by their initiative to maintain and improve the property since I have been there--the longer I lived there, the more I enjoyed it. Georgetown is a steal for any young professional who is starting a career in Tallahassee, especially for those who prefer to live alone! It is very reasonably priced for the amount of space (2 bedrooms) and is right in the heart of the Midtown neighborhood. Very close to some of the best bars and restaurants if you are the type who likes to explore local establishments. It is also very close to my work, so I do not have to spend too much time commuting between my home and my job.

In addition,… Georgetown is a very quiet neighborhood for those who are not looking to live near the college scene. In the almost two years that I have lived here, I have always felt safe, never had any safety issues.
