The air conditioning has been out for four months now. Which is insane because we live in Florida & it’s only May so the temperature is just rising. It has been over 80 degrees inside our apartment for days. We have had to fix our own showers because maintenance takes almost five months to fix problems. Every time I talk to the office team they say they will send someone and no one ever shows up. The front door doesn’t even close all the way, allowing little insects to creep their way in. Every… time they fix something it breaks again after a couple of days. One time we waited months for a new washing machine & had to hand wash our clothes. We have to use the stove light to cook at night because they haven’t fixed the light. Since the sink doesn’t catch the stove light we basically wash dishes in the dimmest of light. At first I thought it was just me but after seeing the other reviews from recently, I see that they might be incapable of properly managing a complex & actually caring for their tenants. In my opinion, it seems like they don’t care about the tenants comfort. It’s even more crazy that the rent went up this year because why are we paying this much for a trash apartment. Do not waste your money on this place or at least wait until they start to do better. Read More

I just moved here and so far the staff in the office are very nice and answer every one of my questions. So far it seems like a nice neighborhood.
