My time at Hayden Commons
I enjoyed my time living at Hayden Commons. Both the bedrooms and common area are spacious. The rooms are separated enough, that sometimes you forgot your even in a 4x4. The kitchen has more than enough storage space for 4 people as well, which I personally enjoyed.
All maintenance issues I had were taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance crew was great.
Their office hours are a little weird, but they are open 5 days a week and were good at responding to my emails.
One of the... nicer things that I noticed while living here, is the lack of bugs compared to other places I've stayed. They keep the property clean and pest control comes every so often for preventative measures.
The only thing I would complain about is that they don't really have visitor parking. Also, being near the road, you'll hear a loud car go by once in a while, but it was never frequent enough for me or my roommates to have any problems.
Overall, Hayden Commons is definitely one the better places to live in this city. From the townhomes, to management, to maintenance, to location, there really isn't much better around here. Plus the price is more than fair.
