Fantastic place to live!

I’ve been living here for nearly 2 years and it’s been a great experience. Recently, the fan in my bedroom broke. I’ve been having problems with it. Maintenance, who always responds quickly, fixed and replaced it.
I also like the events that you have for adults.
Keep up the good work!

Overall, my experience living here has been pretty good. I like the community and am generally satisfied with the apartment. However, the maintenance service could definitely be improved. Several of my maintenance requests have been marked as “completed” even though the issues were not actually fixed or addressed. This can be frustrating because I then have to follow up or submit another request for the same problem. I hope the maintenance team can make sure issues are actually resolved before… closing maintenance requests.

It’s been a few years and Jackson Square apartments have been great! The staff is always planning events for the residents and there always seems to be upgrades to the property and amenities to improve the resident experience.
