The staff at Jackson Square are always very friendly and welcoming to both new and existing residents. The maintenance team is also very friendly but sometimes requests take more than one visit to correct. My one issue is the trash constantly being left outside of the compactor or residents clogging it up with trash that should be brought to the designated area in the back.

Living at Jackson Square has been wonderful! The staff is friendly, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. Children feel safe at playground. They keep common areas cleans and washed such porch, stairs, side walks etc.

We've lived here for over a year. We're generally satisfied with the staff, amenities, and service. We've also extended our lease. Everything is fine, except for the ridiculous situation with the rent payment periods. Thank you.

Great place! Clean area and all of the residents and staff are nice. Maintenance is good also. Good area for grocery stores and all of the essential places.
