When moving out BEWARE!

Leasing office will be very nice until you move somewhere else. Will not work with you on moiving out at all. They also cannot retain employees who are nice to the residents. My truck also got broken into when I was here. Neighbors are also bad, community when down hill really quick while I lived here. Not to mention a lot of roaches due to nasty neighbors.

Avoid like the plague.

Avoid this place like the plague. Not for professionals. Old, dated apartments and the worst management I’ve ever encountered. Not responsive, rude when any issues are raised. People are moving out in droves. The hallways reek of weed and the pool isn’t clean. I couldn’t get out fast enough.

RUN

RENTER BEWARE.......If you are looking for a peaceful place to live this is NOT the place to live! The volume of noise you hear in your apartment is incredible. I have things constantly falling off my walls on a daily basis, waking me up at all hours, and the screaming is insane. The people above me are not considerate of someone with a work schedule, and don't expect the management to do anything about it. Worse place ever to live....like I said RUN!!!!

Property manager sucks

I have voiced several concerns and property manager has done nothing. She is lazy. Stay away its an headache to deal with her and not worth the money spent.

Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They change their prices over night.
