Favorite Apartment In Tallahassee

I have lived in a few different apartments in Tallahassee, and NxNW has been my favorite. Management is helpful and maintenance is quick!

couldn’t be better

rad place to be. you get so much more than you pay for from the amenities to the security measures implemented this year. it’s obvious management cares for the residents & feedback as they’ve done so many projects to continue enhancing this place. great amenities, great apartments, close the campus. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent Amenities, Better Management

I originally signed at NxNW due to the amenities they offered, and thought there couldn’t be anything better than the gym and pool. I was happily wrong as they recently added a putting green and NxNW now offers everything I could have wanted. The Community Manager, Kaila, clearly cares about the community, and it shows in the improvements that have been made. I would highly recommend NxNW.

Best in Tallahassee

NxNW has spacious modern units with upgrades available. The gym is two stories, there is a full study center, resort style pool, and on-site marketplace. NxNW has the best units and amenities in Tallahassee and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be renewing!
