?Great Location ? quiet and good unit design ? broken AC
I lived in this apartment and overall had a mixed but mostly positive experience.
The unit itself has many windows and a patio, which makes the space feel bright and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
One issue I experienced was when our AC broke down. It took more than three months for it to be replaced or repaired. Since this happened during a heat wave, we eventually had to purchase our own AC unit while waiting for the repair.
That... said, the maintenance team was always helpful and responsive whenever we submitted requests. I also appreciate Samantha for making an effort to listen and assist with our concerns.
Out of the three apartments I lived in while in Tallahassee, this was the only one that returned my security deposit, which I appreciate.
