Don’t move here!!!

To add to this; after this review was reviewed by the property manager Connie she then called and threatened to release me from my lease due to me being so unhappy with my stay there and her tone of voice was very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. She only addressed this review and not the original nature that prompted this review!!!

For starters the security gate that they advertised has never worked! Therefore any and everyone is allowed access to the “gated community” Also… when you have a maintenance emergency/request after hours it always has to wait until the next day when there are 3 maintenance men that live in the complex. I have only been here for less than a year and I’m looking to move A.S.A.P. And never look back!!!

Great Location and Environment

This is a great place to live. It is conveniently located to FAMU, FSU, the Capitol, downtown, a mall, shopping, banking, and more. I have lived here since 2017 and I am very pleased with the location, people and price. The apartments are large, spacious and well-maintained. It's an "almost" gated-community:-), an extra bonus because I walk around (a lap is 1K steps) at all hours. You definitely get a great deal. I also give the manager, Connie, an A+.

terrible manager who hates kids, forces people to wait months to get any maintenance done. and millions of drug dealers live there
