Great Place and staff

I was referred here by one of my friends, and when I tell you this is a nice complex. The pool area is so nice and can't wait for summer. I recently applied and will be moving in this month. First off, the property manager, I think her name was Courtney, she was so nice and professional. She sat down with me and walked me through all the things that were going on at the complex and in the city. She took time out of her day to take a tour with me. I was even able to see the apartment I was… staying in. For a one-bedroom, it was the perfect size. I definitely recommend staying here.

Glad I choose to live here. I'm a grad student and didn't want to stay in student housing anymore. The office staff is really nice and helpful, maintenance too. Great area that is not too far from campus. The have a package hub, which is helpful because you do not have to worry about your package going missing. Defiantly recommend to upper classman who are looking for peace when they get home.

Beautiful space, pool is awesome!

WOW! Really love living here. My partner and I moved down from out of state, and chose the Enclave site-unseen based on positive reviews and the photos/amenities/website. The Enclave did not disappoint! The community is pretty quiet, spacious, and on the whole very clean. The STAFF! Oh my. Cannot say enough great things about office and maintenance crews! As a previous property manager, I know what a hard task they all have, and I do appreciate all they do (shout out to Courtni, Kristin, Joel,… and Robby!). We especially appreciate the in-unit laundry, the pet-friendly rules, and all the neat community events. Spooky movies for Halloween, gift wrapping for Christmas, regular puzzles, riddles, and giveaways, not to mention the food trucks! Woohoo! As a newly transplanted Tallahassan, I couldn’t be happier with our choice for home.

Really enjoy living here. Glad I chose to live at the enclave. Staff is always there to answer questions, put in work orders and having them done in a timely manner. Wouldn't ask for a better apartment complex. Very quite community and I highly recommend.

Quick and responsive staff!

I enjoyed my stay at Enclave and highly recommend it. I LOVED my kitchen and the gas stove and miss it badly. The apartment was light and bright and very well laid out. The mail/package center was excellent - no worries about having packages stolen or damaged by bad weather - they are safely inside a locked locker for you to pick up at your convenience. Also felt very safe there - my vehicle is a soft top jeep which I kept the top off 70% of the time and no one ever messed with it. Friendly… neighbors. The staff was very friendly and responsive if I had questions and they keep food truck and fun activities going all the time.
