The Grove at Bradford Hills

The word “grove” dates prior to the twelfth century CE; it’s traditionally defined as: a small wood without underbrush or a planting of fruit/nut trees (merriam-webster.com). More colloquially, it evokes a feeling of serenity and safety, that’s what one finds at this property. From day zero, the team at this property has gone above and beyond to make the leasing experience as smooth as possible. On move in, even with ongoing construction and landscaping, The Grove stands above comparable… properties in amenities, modernity, property management, quality of surrounding area, and quality of life.

In all instances of communication with the office, the property manager and office are exceedingly responsive and effective in terms of resolution. While I have not yet had any real problems with my unit, I’m confident that the staff will be ready and willing to assist in any event.
