I have lived at the Rowe for two years and they have been great. The staff are always available to help and the maintenance crew is very active in fixing any issues.

This apartment complex offers a great location and price, but you get what you pay for. That being said, I’ve had a positive experience with the management and maintenance staff. As to be expected with any college living situation, there are bound to be some issues.

I’ve enjoyed living at The Rowe overall. The location is the best part since I can walk to campus, food, and nightlife without needing my car. The units look modern, come furnished, and having an in-unit washer and dryer makes life easier. The gym and study areas are solid too. Rent is definitely on the higher side though, and sometimes maintenance takes longer than I’d like. Still, if convenience and a clean,... updated apartment are priorities, The Rowe is a pretty good choice for FSU students.

Living at Rowe is so great. It gets little dirty because we do live near clubs but overall great place to live especially due to prices and just the community itself.
