Leakages and flooding multiple years in a row and have had struggles with the gym. Bad air filtration and is always leaking and humid as well.

Living here for the past three years has been a roller coaster. The location is great and the amenities have improved, but the rats and broken elevators will always be in the back of my mind.

Regarding the wildlife concerns, occasional activity has been observed in outdoor courtyard areas, and our team continues to work with pest control partners to proactively monitor and address these situations.

I’ve overall had a great experience living at the Rowe. It’s the quality you’d expect from a college town apartment complex for its price and location. Definitely some noise issues on weekends, and elevators break every once in a while.
