renters beware!!!

Run don't walk from the Loft on Gaines. My son sublet an apartment there with his friend. During their tenancy they experienced a water leak from a busted pipe and it ruined the kitchen floor. The management never repaired the floor. When he moved out of the apartment we received a bill for $4,000 for repairs including holes in the walls in his bedroom (he never hung a TV or hung a picture. There wasn't even a nail hole in the wall). Now we are collecting other disgruntled tenants to file a... class action suit for fraud against the management and owners of The Loft on Gaines LLC.
