Overall it’s good to stay in nice neighborhood everyone is nice around here I didn’t like the fact my microwave is cracked badly along the handle got the handle falling off the bone

Despite reviews which must have been with old management, everything has been ok except minor hiccups. Management and staffs are really nice and handles issues well. The apartment complex is nice and not only should it be kept clean by staffs, residents also needs to put in effort. Overall, so far everything has been well.

My experience has been great so far, I haven’t had problems with anything, and if so, maintenance fixes them right away. The pool is nice and enjoyable and so is the gym.

Love love love it here. Best apartment experience I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they make sure to lookout for what’s best for you and super accommodating. Maintenance is fast.

My son and myself are both disabled. Townhomes at TSC are perfect for us as they are an income restriction as well as student housing. Being that I am older I will say all the younger adults have always been very nice. When we have a problem maintenance has always come promptly and have taken care of what was needed. The staff in the office is always friendly and welcoming.
