Jared helped me find the perfect unit and made the process so seamless for my move in! The property upkeep is spot on and any issues that pop up the office staff and maintenance team are on it like clock work. Seeing the same faces of staff members consistently makes a world of difference as they truly care! The landscaping and amenities are top notch and the apartments have plenty of space, high end appliances, and make being at home easy! My friends and family that visit all wish they lived... here too in fact a few have made Tamarac Village home too! The apartments are brand new with Samsung appliances. The rooms are very spacious. I love the kitchen island and front washer and dryers. The move in special was a bonus. Carrina was so awesome with us from the application to getting approved to moving in. She answered all the questions I could think of. She was very pleasant to work with. I’m so happy we made Tamarac Village our home.

I have lived here for two years, since they first opened. i am sad to say that we moved to another apartment due to noise.
The new apartment was no better. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everyone's conversation. Dogs barking and and talk about Door slamming vibrates the entire floor. Omg what a nightmare.
The prices keeps going up and the tenants are nasty. Poop all over the walkways, no one cleans up after their dog. There are dog bags and they will let their dogs poop right... buy the dog poop bags.
Trash all over the outside of the community because people throw their trash in these small garbage cans and if it is full, the throw it on the ground. It is unbelievable.
