The apartment is equipped with Minut Noise Detectors that monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). There is a $500 fine for smoking. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
