Guests must complete Truvi ID Verification & Guest Screening, a Rental Agreement, and a Pre-Arrival Form before property access can be issued. A service fee of approximately 2% of the $500 damage protection amount (approximately $10) is charged by Truvi, which is generally non-refundable once the verification process has been completed.
