Check-in is at 3:00 PM ET and check-out is at 11:00 AM ET. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. This is a non-smoking property. No baggage drop-off or luggage storage is available. No parties, events, illegal substances, or unauthorized guests are permitted, and any violation may result in a $1,000 fine, immediate termination of the stay without refund, and potential removal from the property. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay. To ensure a smooth check-in and stay, guests are required to complete Truvi ID Verification & Guest Screening, a Rental Agreement, and a Pre-Arrival Form before property access can be issued. A service fee of approximately 2% of the $500 damage protection amount (approximately $10) is charged by Truvi. Truvi may also perform a temporary pre-authorization to verify the payment method.
