Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. The noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
