Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including warnings, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. Guests are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip as the building locks operate via a smartphone application. All guests are required to complete an online check-in form through the guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building; a PO Box at the local USPS is recommended for shipping orders. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
