The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, and while noise is limited during the day, music can sometimes be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. Guests are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building; it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS. All dirty dishes and/or cookware must be loaded and the dishwasher started before checkout. Food waste must be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal. All trash must be placed in the trash can or disposed of in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
