Free parking is available in a separate parking garage, a brief one-block walk from the building. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval.

This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. The locks for the building work through a smartphone application, and you are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed.
