The neighborhood can be lively, especially from Thursday through Sunday, when music from nearby bars may be heard late into the night, sometimes until around 2AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
