The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! Noise is limited during the day; however, on some days, music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
