The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction with no refund. Guests must have a smartphone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smart phone application. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete the online check-in form through the guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. The reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
