This "Life-Ready Basecamp" is designed for productivity and comfort across three vertical levels. It features two full kitchens and two separate living areas for ultimate privacy. The chef’s kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dark modern cabinetry, and ample counter space. The communal dining area features a solid wood table with high-capacity bench seating for meals. The living room has a deep, oversized sectional and electric fireplace console. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities include keyless entry and thermostat control, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Pets are welcome with pre-approval. A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee.
The Hibiscus House is located in West Tampa, a historic neighborhood rapidly transforming into the city's next urban hub. You are on the front lines of the "West River" expansion, a dynamic district mixing authentic local culture with massive modern development. Armature Works, a premier waterfront food hall, is a 5-minute drive away, as is Rick’s on the River, an iconic local marina bar & grill. Downtown Tampa and Midtown Tampa are also a 5-minute drive. St. Joseph’s Hospital and Raymond James Stadium are 5 minutes away, the University of Tampa and Downtown are 7 minutes away, and Tampa General Hospital (TGH) and Hyde Park Village are 10 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 12 minutes away. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs to access the main living areas and bedrooms. As a high-demand development zone, you may see construction nearby. Quiet hours are from 8 PM-8 AM. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. A fee of $50 will be charged for late check-outs past 10 AM. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. If the AC unit is set lower than 68 degrees, leading to a technician call-out, additional fees may be incurred.
