This apartment is one of two identical units, with the only differences being the placement of two windows and one not being painted blue. Self-check-in and check-out are available via smart lock. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Your reservation will be confirmed once submitted and verified. For security, Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas, not inside the apartment. An early check-in fee of $25 for 2 PM or $50 for 12 PM, and a late check-out fee of $25 for 12 PM, are subject to host approval. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund, so inquire about amenity status before booking. This is a non-smoking community, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pet rules include a weight limit of 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment; an unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation up to $200 will apply.
