Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is in effect from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Check-in and check-out are via smart lock. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware before checking out. Food waste should be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal.
