This apartment is a 100% smoke-free home, excluding outdoor areas. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged if our schedule permits, but fees may apply. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and a gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call.
