The condo boasts large, sun-drenched windows with panoramic views of Tampa Bay. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a breakfast bar with two stools, a high-top dining table for two, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a popcorn maker, and a cocktail bar with a mixology set. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with high-quality bath and face towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided for 3–5 days. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also included. Free parking is available, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice and a $100 pet fee. A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo must be submitted.
