Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. The manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior.

Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
