Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside the rental, and cleaners reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty if smoking has taken place. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
