Free parking is included, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber or Lyft is readily available if you'd like to check out downtown.
Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In case of a lockout, a fee will be charged for assistance. Noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations during weekday daytime hours. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items.
