Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
