Welcome to The Fairway Estate, where every detail is designed to bring people together. This isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a home built for memory-making. At the heart of the home is a chef’s dream kitchen with an oversized island and double dishwashers, perfect for cooking together, hosting family-style dinners, or letting a private chef prepare a feast. The dining and living areas flow seamlessly, giving your group space to gather for meals, movie nights, or game time. Step outside to discover a screened private pool and spa, six loungers, outdoor seating, a propane grill, and multiple screened patios, each with their own TVs.
Pool and spa heating are available at no additional charge. Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay or per month for extended stays. Professional shoots require permits and can be requested for an additional fee. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited.
Located directly across from Temple Terrace Golf Course, this estate sits in one of Tampa’s most charming and historic communities. Guests enjoy the peaceful, tree-lined streets of Temple Terrace with quick access to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in 10 minutes, University of South Florida in 10 minutes, Moffitt Cancer Center in 10 minutes, downtown Tampa and Riverwalk in 20 minutes, Hard Rock Casino and Amphitheater in 15 minutes, and Tampa International Airport in 25 minutes.
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and no parties or events are permitted. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Upon booking, you will receive a link to our secure Guest Check-In Form, which must be fully completed prior to check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests should be made in advance. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. Trash sorting is required, and valet trash service is provided. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, and children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are not allowed in the pool. Safety precautions include not running, diving, or smoking around the pool, not using the pool during lightning storms, and not urinating in the pool. Guests are not permitted to use or add any chemicals to the pool. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied, so please let us know in advance if they are needed. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund. Report any damages or incidents promptly for a smooth stay.
Complimentary WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available for those blending work and play. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
