Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, and absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times. You must be at least 25 years of age to check in to the property. A digital rental agreement, photo ID, and verification selfie must be completed before check-in. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the beds, or in the pool. Guests must pick up after their pets, inside and out. The occasional pest is common in Florida, and while the property is treated regularly, no refunds are issued for pests. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps.
