Pet Rules: Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
