Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited; use only designated parking areas. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied and must be requested in advance.
