Key features include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, smart TVs in every bedroom, a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a heated swimming pool with screened-in enclosure, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Pool towels and pool toys are provided, and the home sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy your own private oasis in the backyard, where the heated pool offers a tranquil escape. Guests have full access to the entire home, including the heated pool and private backyard. You will receive a unique door code for seamless entry, active for the duration of your stay. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Unfortunately, our homeowner is deathly allergic to cats and cannot accept cats in this home. A maximum of two pets are allowed with prior notification. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional charges. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided.
