The home features a relaxing living room, large dining room, an original built-in reading bench, a dedicated game room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and extra towels, ensuring you're fully set up for a perfect stay.
The property offers a dedicated parking spot in the driveway, and if you pull all the way forward under the carport, you should be able to fit two cars. Additional parking is available on the street, which is usually free in front of the home.

There are 3-4 stairs to enter and exit the home, which may affect those with special accessibility needs. The washer and dryer are located outside on the back porch and are shared with two additional guest homes on the property. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. No smoking inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in an $800 fee for air remediation and cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. This is a community, not a hotel, so please respect the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges.
