Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, per building rules.
