As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through a guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency.
