Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 night stays, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ night stays. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, both subject to approval. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of the trusted partner's control. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 unregistered pet fee per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
