You'll have easy access to major highways like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, making it convenient to get to downtown or the airport. The neighborhood offers a good selection of local businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and shopping.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Propane for the grills is provided by the guests. The dock is explicitly off-limits and not for guest use. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee of $150 applied for up to one house-trained dog. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
