There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Propane for the grills is provided by the guests. The dock is explicitly off-limits and not for guest use. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee of $150 applied for up to one house-trained dog. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway.
