If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow up to one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150.
Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this property is designed for comfort and style and is a short drive to Downtown Tampa (approximately 11 minutes) and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major roadways (like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, which will be important for getting to downtown or the airport). Expect to find a good selection of local businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, and shopping. The best way to get around is driving. Nearby attractions include the Florida Aquarium (6.1 miles), Downtown (5.9 miles), and Tampa Bay (6.2 miles).
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway.
