The Heights Homestead features a comfortable living room, a chef’s dream kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and an expansive private backyard featuring a 6-person outdoor dining table, propane grill, modern fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. The bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and extra towels. There are also board games available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stocked cooking spice rack, high-end ceramic cookware, a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A dedicated coffee bar includes a Keurig, black coffee maker, milk frother, stove top tea kettle, and stocked coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is an incredible set-up for children, including a pack n’ play, sheet set, baby bath, changing table, high chair, and silicone plate, fork, and spoon.

Located in the highly sought-after historic district of Seminole Heights, this modern farmhouse is conveniently close to Tampa's attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The quiet cobblestone streets make the perfect place for an evening stroll to a local restaurant or bar. Seminole Heights is also known as the foodie district of Tampa and is central to all Tampa has to offer. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars (about a 3 to 10 minute walk). Downtown, Channelside, The Port, Armature Works, Straz Center, and Amalie Arena are just a five-minute drive or Uber ride away. Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens International Mall, and Raymond James Stadium are about a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride away, depending on traffic.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 8 am. Any smoking evidence, including vapes, will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Parties and events are not allowed unless previously approved. This home is on a large lot with a mother-in-law guest house located behind it. You’ll have complete privacy as you are booking the main 4-bedroom house, but please note that there is another rental cottage on the property. You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book. Florida is a tropical environment, and insects may be encountered. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters.
