No baggage drop-off or luggage storage is permitted. No parties or events of any kind are permitted, and unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. The minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old, and the booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Please respect the corporate nature of the community by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Always ensure the apartment is locked when leaving.
