The worst place I’ve ever lived. They made transferring into a two bed impossible. Lied about the fees. Natalia lied and said there was no 2 bedrooms available for my transfer date but there’s over 30 on their website. They’re cheap and switched from valet trash to I4 and they do not pick up the trash. Trash pick up switched from 5 days to 4 days which saves the complex money but residents still pay the same price as before for pick up. My trash hasn’t been picked up for a week and the new trash... collectors refuse to pick up on the third floor and the complex won’t refund me for trash pick up. They also were trimming trees and didn’t notify residents so I have photos of them dropping branches on peoples cars. This complex is terrible. The staff are liars, disorganized, and improperly trained. I’ve sent 15 messages asking for corporates number and they refuse to give it to me. I can’t wait for my lease to be over, this place should be shut down.
