Audubon Village

The worst place I’ve ever lived. They made transferring into a two bed impossible. Lied about the fees. Natalia lied and said there was no 2 bedrooms available for my transfer date but there’s over 30 on their website. They’re cheap and switched from valet trash to I4 and they do not pick up the trash. Trash pick up switched from 5 days to 4 days which saves the complex money but residents still pay the same price as before for pick up. My trash hasn’t been picked up for a week and the new trash... collectors refuse to pick up on the third floor and the complex won’t refund me for trash pick up. They also were trimming trees and didn’t notify residents so I have photos of them dropping branches on peoples cars. This complex is terrible. The staff are liars, disorganized, and improperly trained. I’ve sent 15 messages asking for corporates number and they refuse to give it to me. The people who work in the leasing office are way beyond rude! I went in to look at an apartment after I made an appointment earlier in the day, all for them to tell me “I don’t know why she told you to come in I don’t have anything available to show you” all for her to show me the model they had of the place. While walking up the stairs there was dog poop on the stairs along with multiple dogs barking the entire time viewing the apartment. Then when I looked past all the red flags I applied... anyways. They took 5 days to tell me they didn’t want to accept the documents they asked for after taking my holding deposit. Shady, manipulative, and very uncaring staff. I am the resident here . I loved the way they used to handle the work orders but somehow they are failing to handle those these past months .
Our A/C stopped working and we had to sleep in a hotel . The management was not giving any response and a day has passed, nothing has been done .
It is 80 degrees in our apartment .

I have had NOTHING but problems since I moved in and the staff does NOT want to do anything to help you. Plan on paying $100 more than your rent for whatever weird fees and trash they tack on, not including utilities. Horribly done “renovations”. Minimal windows and very dark. Pools are usually dirty. I’m astonished this place has good reviews. I have a hard time finding one good thing to say about it

I have lived here since august and have been happy to call this community home! The leasing professionals in the office are a joy! Always happy to help, pleasure to speak with, and quick to respond! Not to mention the manager Karen is very involved with community and always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend living at this community!
