Moving from a home in Ga to a whole new state was scary all by itself. We’ve been in Florida 3 years now and have stayed in a few different apartment communities and the Avli by far the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! The AVLI at Crosstown Center is a total game-changer! Not just saying this, seriously, best place I’ve lived at since I moved to Florida nearly 7 years ago.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a lifestyle, not just an apartment. The modern architecture, spotless common areas, and warm, welcoming staff made me instantly feel at home. The attention to detail here is unreal: high ceilings, gorgeous finishes, fixtures, modern style
decorations and amenities that make every day... feel like a staycation.

The pool area? Pure resort vibes. The gym? Legit better than most commercial ones. And don’t even get me started on the community events, who else does themed socials, food trucks, and has It’s very own dog park so even your little fur babies feel right at home with their own Community! The energy here is vibrant and inclusive, with neighbors who actually talk to each other. It’s like someone designed the perfect balance between luxury and livability.

The team goes above and beyond, maintenance is lightning-fast, the office staff actually care, and you can tell they take pride in creating a true community. Every corner of The AVLI radiates comfort, class, and good energy.

Living at the AVLI has been great. The staff is so friendly and receptive, the grounds are kept clean, other residents are quiet and courteous, the amenities are clean and nice, and I love how the complex will host monthly events - food trucks etc for the residents! I have not had a single bad experience since living here, which is why I continue to renew my lease. While it’s not the cheapest place to live in Tampa, it really is worth it and you 100% get what you pay for.

Staff is super nice and helpful, and the amenities are really good and well mantained.

The apartments look nice and expensive, but the extras like “smart home” are not worth it. For how much the apartments cost to rent it’s shocking how many things are broken on the property. No one cleans up after themselves or their dogs. And you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying. There is no sense of community and the Avli lacks many of the little things I took for granted at other apartment communities.
