Maintenance The maintenance workers are very nice, respectful and polite. However, 1) they leave the space dirty. Anytime they are here requires my thorough cleaning of the area and usually mopping and/or vacuuming.
2) the repairs are often “band aids” rather than solutions. Ex: the master bath drain clogs because there is not a hair trap. They snake it, leave clumps of hair visible in the open trash can and the dirt from their hands and shoes, which is now wet and muddy remains on and inside... bathtub and floor.
Ex 2 The water pressure in kitchen sink. I don’t know why but it continues to worsen to a stream. It actually got worse after they were here yesterday to repair the bathroom drain. That doesn’t make sense to me, but I wasn’t present and I can only go by my observation upon my return.
When repeated maintenance requests are submitted within a property, marketed as luxury or not, the property manager should follow up personally. These indicate that problems are not resolved, merely addressed incorrectly. That hasn’t been my experience with this property.
