Buena comunidad, pero la nueva regla de estacionamiento es muy injusta

He vivido en Courtney Cove por 3 años y siempre he seguido todas las reglas. Entiendo que quieran controlar el estacionamiento, pero la nueva regla de un carro por persona es demasiado estricta y no considera casos reales como el mío.

Mi esposo y yo tenemos cada uno su carro, y él tiene otro adicional para trabajar, todos a nuestro nombre. Ahora, con esta política, no sabremos qué hacer con ese vehículo. No es justo cambiar las reglas de repente mientras aún tenemos un contrato vigente... .

Nosotros vivimos aquí, pagamos aquí, este es nuestro hogar. Pedimos comprensión y flexibilidad — hay espacio suficiente para que sean dos carros por persona y también se pueden habilitar más lugares para visitantes.

Si otros residentes están pasando por lo mismo, por favor hablen, comenten, y apoyen para que podamos ser escuchados.

Los de las oficinas vienen haser su trabajao y se van, NOSOTROS NOS QUEDAMOS AQUI, VIVIMOS AQUI, PAGAMOS AQUI.

They tow cars as part of a scam

They offer little to no visitor parking and they will tow cars. This makes it completely unfeasible for tenants to have friends over which makes this apartment complex more of a storage container.

Me gusta vivir aqui la experiencia a sido muy buena y los de la oficina son muy profesionales. Especialmente Yara ha sido muy amable y me ha ayudado en todo. Recomiendo este sitio para vivir es tranquilo y lo encuentro seguro ademas tienes todo cerca. Es excelente.

Courtney Cove was a wonderful place to live 4 years ago when I moved in, currently it has declined drastically and would not recommend it to any family or friends to live at!!
